Art of Africa will ship the ordered from you sculpture / merchandise with the most care. Sculptures are being packed in specially designed underfelt (soft thick blanket) and with individually prepared wooden crates for each sculpture/merchandise.


Shipping fees include packaging and export documentation, but exclude local taxes and customs formalities.
After receiving payment your order will be prepared and shipped. To all European destinations orders are being delivered within 7 to 10 days. United States and Canada shipments will be delivered within 5 to 7 days. All other destinations orders will be delivered within 15 days.


If faster delivery is desired, we will be able to offer priority mail, express of other overnight services at pre-quoted additional costs. For any further details, please contact our sales department at sales@artofafrica.nl. During the transit time of the purchased product, we’ll keep you updated on the status of your shipment.


All sculptures purchased from our virtual gallery may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping and delivery charges excluded), provided the work is in its original condition, and is received within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.
